This weekend we had the pleasure of lookng after my parents dog Beatty. We thought we’d take her for a pleasant walk and then down to the pub in the evening. This particular pub had a big beer garden so we thought that it would be a perfect setting to go with the weather being so hot.

Unfortunately, after we had bought a drink, the Manager informed us that no dogs were allowed. So Beatty got us chucked out. I did feel slightly aggrieved about this situation as there were no signs which stated dogs were not allowed on the public house door we entered through and they saw us walk through the pub to the garden and only stopped us after we had purchased a drink …. Cynical me!!!
