Hey this is a novel way to make ‘errant’ police officers in Thailand behave who no longer take notice of verbal warnings … pink kitty armbands are to be warn by Thai cops. Can you imagine our ”PCs’ brandishing ‘pink’ armbands in London?? Hey it might work .. well at least in Soho.
